1. Prep your Nails

It's really important to follow all the prep steps before applying your nails. Start by pushing back your cuticles with the cuticle stick. Then gently buff the surface of your nails with the nail file, this will create some texture for the glue to stick to. 2. The 45-Degree Angle Trick

Whether you're applying with the Loste strong-hold nail glue or our false nail adheshive tabs, slide the base of the false nail right up to your cuticle line at a 45-degree angle first, then press it downward. This effortlessly pushes out air bubbles for a strong hold.

3. Keep them dry

Don't wash your hands for at least 30 minutes after applying to allow the glue to fully set to your dehydrated nails. After this your nails will be fully waterproof, so you can shower, swim and wash your hands as much as you need to.
